&lt;p&gt;Slowly material things started fading away. Attended many online meditation classes, satsanghs, visited many retreats where strict noble silence (not even eye contact with fellow meditators) needs to be observed. Having lived in my own cocoon for 1 year and 8 months like this, mostly spent in meditation, contemplating and observing mouna with minimal food. Maintained the bare minimal talk to the point and didn&amp;rsquo;t hold the conversation more than 2/3 min mostly.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
